Refund Policy
This policy outlines Rico's billing and cancellation terms.
1. Free Trial
Every new user receives 1 free output before any payment is required. We encourage you to use your trial output to evaluate Rico before subscribing. No credit card is required for the trial.
2. No Refund Policy
All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
We strongly encourage you to use your free trial output before subscribing to ensure Rico meets your needs.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a billing period.
4. Technical Issues
If a technical issue on our end caused an output to fail or produce unusable results, we will replace the affected output at our discretion. Please contact us at vamshikrishna2506@gmail.com with details of the issue within 7 days.
