By accessing or using Rico at rico-delta.vercel.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
1. About Rico
Rico is an AI-powered product specification tool that converts messy feature context into structured logic blueprints and technical specifications. Rico is operated by V. Sai Vamshi Krishna, an individual operating under the trade name Rico, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Rico, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You have the authority to enter into this agreement
- You agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable laws
- If you are using Rico on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
3. Subscription Plans and Billing
Rico offers the following subscription plans:
- Trial: 2 outputs, one-time only — no payment required
- Solo (India): ₹499/month — 15 outputs
- Pro (India): ₹999/month — 40 outputs
- Team (India): ₹2,999/month — 120 outputs, up to 5 seats
- Solo (US): $19/month — 15 outputs
- Pro (US): $39/month — 40 outputs
- Team (US): $99/month — 120 outputs, up to 5 seats
All subscriptions are billed monthly. One output is defined as one logic blueprint, one tech spec, or one task breakdown generated by Rico. Unused outputs do not carry over to the next billing cycle.
Payments are processed securely via Paddle. Rico does not store your payment card details.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Rico only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use Rico to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell Rico's outputs as your own product
- Share your account credentials with individuals outside your purchased plan
- Use automated tools to access Rico in excess of your plan's output limits
- Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
5. Intellectual Property
Rico and its underlying technology, design, and branding are the intellectual property of V. Sai Vamshi Krishna. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Rico's interface or core technology without explicit written permission.
The outputs generated by Rico using your inputs are yours. You retain full ownership of the logic blueprints, specs, and task breakdowns Rico generates from your content.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Rico is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. While we work hard to ensure accurate and useful outputs, we do not guarantee that Rico's outputs are complete, error-free, or suitable for any specific purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, V. Sai Vamshi Krishna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Rico, including but not limited to losses resulting from reliance on Rico's outputs in production systems.
7. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, without prior notice.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or an in-product notice. Continued use of Rico after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
